👋 Hi, I’m Joe Ahlering, a Realtor with Twin Oaks Real Estate and a long-time Bay Area resident with a background in executive leadership, fintech, and nonprofit operations.
Before entering real estate, I built a successful career in executive retail management and later served as a Partner Relationship Manager in the card-not-present fraud space, working with top-tier clients like JP Morgan Chase, Google, and Samsung. I also served as CFO and Director of Operations at Northgate Church in Benicia, where I oversaw financial strategy, organizational systems, and community engagement.
Today, I help clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions — buying or selling a home — with clarity, integrity, and confidence. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone looking to downsize or invest, I’m committed to making the process smooth and meaningful.
